Roasted Potatoes with JT’S Salt & Pepper
These delectable roasted potatoes, made with 🧂JT’s Gourmet Crush Pepper Nutritional Yeast Seasoning, are a wonderful addition to any main course or as a stand-alone dish. This recipe also makes wonderful cheesy potatoes with the addition of JT’S Dreamy Cheddar Cheese Sauce. It’s a simple and quick way to enjoy a warm and filling meal. Make extra because they are an awesome leftover.
Seasoning: Our special blend of JT’s Pepper Crush Pepper Seasoning adds a burst of savory flavor, complementing the other ingredients and enhancing their natural taste.
INGREDIENTS
24 ounces small red or gold potatoes (often called 2-bite potatoes)
2-3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup JT’S Salt & Pepper.
DIRECTIONS
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
Cut Potatoes in half to make bite size pieces. Toss with ½ each of the olive oil and JT’S seasoning. Toss a second time with the rest of the olive oil and JT’S seasoning.
Place cut side down on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until almost tender. Turn the potatoes over and roast another 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
Replace the red or golden potatoes with frozen steak fries for an even easier side.
